About Moseley Collins

Moseley Collins founded Moseley Collins Law in 1980 after passing the California bar exam on his first attempt. He holds a B.A. in History and a post-B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of Florida, completed a four-year Bible College, and graduated from law school in 1979. Over more than 40 years in practice, he has focused on representing catastrophically injured people in auto accidents and medical malpractice claims. He also volunteered in the District Attorney's Office and the Public Defender's Office, served as the founding president of MADD in Santa Clara County, and has worked as a settlement judge pro tem in El Dorado County. He founded Christian Attorneys of America and is active in community and church events.
