Brett Beyler

Brett Beyler is an attorney at Moseley Collins Law focusing on all aspects of personal injury. He earned a B.A. from the University of California, Davis in 2012 and a J.D. from Liberty University School of Law in 2017, where he earned a certificate in research, writing and drafting and participated in advanced trial advocacy. While awaiting his bar results, he worked as a licensed financial advisor at an international financial firm.

Before joining Moseley Collins Law, he worked at a premier Sacramento defense firm, handling business litigation, commercial law, insurance, professional liability, employment, personal injury, consumer, finance, bankruptcy, and appellate matters in state and federal court, as well as at a plaintiff's firm representing clients in personal injury, medical malpractice, professional liability, and employment law. He has represented clients on hundreds of cases and has achieved multiple multimillion-dollar outcomes. He is licensed in California, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, and the District of Columbia.
