Casey Kingsley

Casey Kingsley is an Associate Attorney at McCready Law, dedicated to supporting clients through their personal injury legal journey. He brings expertise in data protection, privacy regulations (CCPA, GDPR), and insurance company litigation strategy from prior roles.

Before practicing law, Kingsley spent more than a decade in the retail automotive industry in sales and finance management. He also completed an internship at a multinational firm specializing in technology and administrative services and served as a law clerk at a defense firm.

Kingsley earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science summa cum laude from Arizona State University and his Juris Doctor from the UIC School of Law on a Dean's Scholarship.

He is admitted to practice in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

His professional memberships include the American Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
