Kyle Bailey

Kyle Bailey is a Senior Associate Attorney at McCready Law, focused on personal injury and workers' compensation matters. He has expertise in developing winning strategies for personal injury clients.

Bailey earned his Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly John Marshall Law School), where he was an Edward T. Lee Full Tuition Scholarship recipient.

He is admitted to practice in Illinois state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (admitted February 2023).
