Anthony Nemo

Anthony Nemo has been an attorney at Meshbesher and Spence since 1990 and serves on the firm's Board of Directors. Over 35 years of practice he has recovered more than $200 million in settlements and verdicts in personal injury, drug and medical device liability, and medical malpractice cases. He has tried cases in state, federal, and tribal courts, and brings extensive appellate experience spanning multiple federal circuits. He holds a B.A. from the University of St. Thomas (cum laude, 1986) and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law (1991). Notable recoveries include a $3 billion hip replacement settlement and a $40 million pediatric antidepressant settlement.
