Zachary Bauer

Zachary Bauer practices criminal defense and personal injury law from Meshbesher and Spence's Rochester office. He began his career as a public defender, later served as a prosecutor in Olmsted County, and has been in private criminal defense practice since 2006. Over more than 15 years he has represented clients throughout southeastern Minnesota charged with DUI, domestic assault, drug offenses, criminal sexual conduct, and theft, prevailing in dozens of jury trials. He also assists clients in seeking to seal or expunge past convictions. He holds a B.A. from Luther College (2000) and a J.D. from Hamline University (2003) and lives in Rochester with his family.
