Ariel Smith

Ariel B. Smith grew up in North Mississippi. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Mississippi. After she obtained her undergraduate degree, she returned to the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she earned her J.D. with a concentration in Air and Space Law. During law school, she served as an editor for the Air and Space Program's 1st Volume of Journal of Drone Law and Policy. Prior to joining NST, Ariel practiced personal injury in Memphis, TN.

She enjoys working with clients and helping those affected by circumstances beyond their control. She works hard to ensure her clients know she hears and understands their struggles and injuries while fighting to get the compensation they deserve. That very steadfast commitment and expertise led to her being named by Super Lawyers in 2025. Ariel has made her home in Southaven, MS. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and cheering on the Ole Miss Rebels.
