Daniel Scialpi

Daniel C. Scialpi is a Partner and trial lawyer at Patrick Malone and Associates in Washington, D.C., where he has practiced since 2010. He represents individuals and families in personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases across D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. After law school he clerked for the Honorable Marielsa Bernard in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland. He recently served as the 68th President of the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C., and chairs the D.C. Bar Tort Law Steering Committee.
