Marc Fiedler is a partner at Koonz McKenney Johnson & DePaolis LLP in Washington, D.C., and one of the preeminent appellate lawyers in the metropolitan D.C. area. His practice focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability, governmental negligence, and workplace accidents. A graduate of Harvard College (B.A., cum laude, 1978) and Harvard Law School (J.D., 1984), Marc clerked for the Honorable James A.
