Justin Beall

Justin M. Beall is a Partner at Koonz, McKenney, Johnson & DePaolis L.L.P., representing personal injury clients in Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., and West Virginia. He handles catastrophic injury, truck accidents, car accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation claims. Prior to joining the firm in November 2009, he practiced insurance defense at Kalbaugh, Pfund & Messersmith, P.C. from 2002 to 2009, defending trucking, restaurant, and retail companies. This insurance defense background gives him a unique perspective on the evaluation and litigation of plaintiffs' personal injury claims. He earned his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law in 2000.
