Haley Benjamin

Haley Benjamin is an associate attorney at Koonz McKenney Johnson & DePaolis LLP, representing personal injury clients throughout Northern Virginia. Her practice covers motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and workplace injuries. Ms. Benjamin joined the firm as a law clerk in early 2024 while completing her J.D., working alongside the firm's senior trial lawyers, and was promoted to associate after passing the Virginia bar in 2025. She earned her J.D. from George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School and a Distinguished Major B.A. in Sociology from the University of Virginia, with a minor in Chinese language and literature. She has a long background of community service, including volunteer work with the Jefferson Area Board for Aging (JABA) and the Night Light Cafe.
