Joel Fugate

Joel Fugate is an attorney at Phillips Law Group specializing in personal injury law. His practice focuses on accident, injury, sexual assault, and wrongful death cases, with particular interest in matters requiring scientific or technical expertise.

He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in all stages of the legal process — from pre-litigation through jury trials and appeals — and has worked with individuals, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies.

Fugate earned his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and a Certificate in Law, Science and Technology from ASU. He earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, where he also served as President of the Men's Rugby Team.

He received the CALI Award for Academic Excellence during law school.
