Michael D. Ditore

Michael D. Ditore is a Partner at Power Rogers, LLP with more than a decade of experience representing individuals and families in high-stakes personal injury litigation. Mike has served as first-chair and lead counsel in multiple medical malpractice and catastrophic injury/wrongful death jury trials, and an elite track record in high-stakes cases which has led him recover more than $125 million in verdicts and settlements, including multiple seven and eight-figure results in recent years. In 2022, Mike obtained a record-setting $42.4 million medical malpractice verdict and successfully defended the result on appeal. In 2023, Mike obtained a $10.5 million wrongful death verdict for the family of a man killed during a police pursuit.

Mike was listed in Top 50 Verdicts in Illinois in 2019 for a $2.6 million jury verdict he obtained in a medical malpractice case. In 2024, as lead counsel, Mike obtained multiple seven-figure results, including a $7.7 million settlement for a man injured in an auto collision. Mike has also secured record wrongful death recoveries in Kane and McLean Counties.
