Adam Smith

Adam A. Smith is an attorney and North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law at Riddle & Riddle Injury Lawyers, practicing from the firm's Goldsboro and Raleigh offices. He achieved his board certification in workers' compensation law in 2011, and a large portion of his practice involves representing workers' compensation claimants.

Originally from Boston, Smith relocated to North Carolina in 1996 when he received the Garda scholarship to attend Duke University. He graduated cum laude from Duke in 2000 with a major in political science and a minor in religion. He received the W.B. McGuire scholarship to attend Duke University School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Journal of Gender Law & Policy. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2003.

Smith holds an AV Preeminent peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the firm's highest recognition. He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been recognized as a 'Rising Star' and 'Super Lawyer' for nearly a decade.
