Dean Riddle

Dean A. Riddle serves Of Counsel at Riddle & Riddle Injury Lawyers in North Carolina, where he leads the firm's insurance litigation department alongside his twin brother, founder Gene Riddle. He is also a founding shareholder of Riddle & Williams, P.C.

For nearly 40 years, Dean has concentrated his practice on insurance claims, community association law, and commercial litigation. His litigation experience spans state and federal courts and includes cases involving bad faith insurance practices, construction defect claims, contested and wrongful foreclosures, contract disputes, wrongful death, and employment discrimination.

He earned his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he was a classmate and roommate of his brother Gene for four years.

Dean is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a group of trial lawyers limited to attorneys who have won multi-million dollar verdicts, awards, and settlements. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer-review rating an attorney can receive.
