John Garrett

John Garrett III is a personal injury attorney at Riddle & Riddle Injury Lawyers in North Carolina, having joined the firm in 2025. He handles personal injury cases throughout the state.

A native of North Carolina, Garrett attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his undergraduate studies, majoring in Peace, War, and Defense with a minor in History. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University in 2021.

Before joining Riddle & Riddle, Garrett gained experience at The Roper Law Firm, P.A.; the North Carolina Court of Appeals with Judge Jefferson Griffin; the Carteret County District Attorney's Office (NC Prosecutorial District 4); and the North Carolina Office of Lieutenant Governor.

He is an active member of the Wake County Bar Association, the 10th Judicial District Bar, and the North Carolina State Bar Association.
