Erica Ramsey

Ramsey has spent over a decade managing high-stakes litigation involving serious personal injury, wrongful death and property damage, including building collapses, gas explosions, fires, hurricanes, and pipeline failures. She previously served as national counsel defending manufacturers in tort and contract disputes nationwide. Currently practicing with the firm's Business Litigation Group, she represents both plaintiffs and defendants in product liability, construction defect, contractual disputes, and consumer fraud matters.

Her growing insurance practice focuses on coverage litigation and bad faith claims. Locally, she handles medical malpractice and personal injury cases representing injured individuals.
