Kyle Holmes

Kyle Holmes is a personal injury attorney at Rubenstein Law's Tampa office, focusing on traumatic brain injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, premises liability, and negligent security cases. A California native from Carlsbad, he completed law school in Florida and previously represented clients in personal injury, social security disability, and veterans' disability matters. He gained practical legal experience as a senior clinician at the Business and Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, assisting small businesses in Jacksonville.
