Lisa-Gaye Smith

Lisa-Gaye Smith is a Partner at Rubenstein Law focusing on personal injury representation. Born in Jamaica and raised in South Florida, she earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice from Florida International University in 2011 and her J.D. from Florida International University College of Law in 2015. During law school she worked as a legal assistant at a plaintiff's personal injury firm, served on the executive board of the Caribbean Student Bar Association, was a member of the trial team, and was a certified legal intern at FIU's Children's Immigration Clinic. Her practice covers traumatic brain injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, premises liability, and negligent security.
