Adam Lotkin

Adam Harris Lotkin is a Partner and Litigation Manager at Rutter Mills, LLP in Virginia, with nearly 30 years of legal practice. He has served as lead counsel in over 120 jury trials in Virginia and federal courts. His practice covers personal injury and wrongful death, maritime injury law, automobile accidents, truck accidents, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation cases.

Lotkin earned his B.A. from Lafayette College in 1993 and his Juris Doctor cum laude from Howard University Law School in 1996.

He is admitted to the Virginia and District of Columbia bars (and was previously admitted in California).

Lotkin serves on the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association Board of Governors and is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, the Virginia Beach Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, and the American Inns of Court (William B. Enright Chapter). He serves on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Beach Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and the Organizing Committee of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America.
