C. Arthur Rutter III

C. Arthur 'Brother' Rutter III is the Managing Partner of Rutter Mills, LLP in Virginia, with over three decades of experience in personal injury law. His practice covers personal injury law, maritime/admiralty law, wrongful death claims, and insurance litigation.
