Daniel deLalla

Daniel deLalla is a personal injury attorney at Rutter Mills, LLP in Virginia, with over a decade of practice in Hampton Roads courts. His practice covers car and truck accidents, medical malpractice, dog bites, slip and fall cases, and personal injury litigation.

Before his current role, deLalla served as a criminal defense attorney and Assistant Commonwealth Attorney in Virginia Beach and Portsmouth. He began his legal career as an intern at Rutter Mills.

He earned his B.A. from Wesleyan University in 2007. He attended William and Mary School of Law from 2009-2010 and earned his Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2010.

He was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2011, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia in 2014, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit in 2016.

deLalla is a member of the Virginia Beach Bar Association, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Virginia State Bar, and the Supreme Court of Virginia. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
