David Rashid

David J. Rashid is a Partner at Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C. in Chicago, focusing on catastrophic personal injury, medical negligence, and wrongful death cases. He joined the firm as a Partner in 2023 and has since recovered more than $100 million for clients. In his first trial with the firm, he obtained a $32.7 million jury verdict for a man who underwent a foot amputation due to delayed diagnosis of a blood clot, the highest Illinois verdict reported for loss of one leg or foot. Prior to joining the firm, he secured more than $130 million in verdicts and settlements at another Chicago personal injury firm.
