Megan Hayden

Megan R. Hayden is a personal injury attorney at Schiff & Associates Co., LPA in Columbus, Ohio, where she helps accident victims recover compensation. She joined the firm in August 2014.

Hayden earned her Bachelor's degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, with a double major in History and Political Science. She received her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Capital University Law School, where she was a staff member of the Capital University Law Review (Volume 42) and later served as an Associate Content Editor (Volume 43). She received two CALI Awards (highest grade in a course) in Secured Transactions and Professional Responsibility.

During law school, she interned for the Honorable James O'Grady at the Franklin County Municipal Court and later clerked at the Ohio Attorney General's Office.

She has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2021 and from 2023 through 2025.
