About Bradley Guin
Bradley C. Guin is a seasoned litigator and brief writer with an extensive background in complex litigation and appeals. Prior to joining Gregorio, Chafin, Brad was a partner at a civil defense firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where his practice focused on commercial and appellate litigation. A native of Haughton, Louisiana, Brad earned his law degree from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center, graduating cum laude. While in law school, he served as Managing Editor of the Louisiana Law Review.
Brad’s legal scholarship has been published in the Louisiana Law Review, the Tulane Law Review, and the Louisiana Bar Journal and cited in briefing before the Louisiana Supreme Court. He is the recipient of the 2025 Stephen T. Victory Memorial Award, which recognizes outstanding contributions to the Louisiana Bar Journal, and he received the Top 40 Award from the LSBA Young Lawyers Division. In his free time, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife and son, reading, and running.
