Michael Silva

Michael Joe Silva is the Founder and CEO of Silva Injury Law, Inc., a personal injury firm with offices across California and Utah. He leads the firm's mission to provide compassionate advocacy and expert legal representation for injury victims.

A Central Valley native, Silva earned his Juris Doctor from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School. He began his career as a law clerk for the Utah County Attorney's Office and later served as a Deputy District Attorney for the Merced County District Attorney's Office before launching his own practice.

The firm's practice areas include car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, dog bites, pedestrian accidents, and sexual assault cases.

Silva is also the creative force behind Silva Studios: Law, Laughter & Justice, where he writes, produces, and stars in cinematic parody projects combining humor, law, and storytelling. The channel has generated more than 29 million views across 306 videos.
