Matt Kracht

Matt Kracht is an attorney at Silva Injury Law, Inc., providing legal representation across personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability matters. Kracht was born in San Jose and grew up in the South Bay. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from San José State University, where he met his wife. The couple moved to San Diego, where Kracht attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude.

Before joining Silva Injury Law, he worked for civil litigation insurance defense firms in San Francisco and Oakland, gaining insight into insurance company approaches and litigation tactics.
