Andrew McDevitt

Andrew P. McDevitt is a Shareholder at Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger (Walkup Personal Injury Lawyers) in San Francisco, where he focuses on catastrophic personal injury, product liability, and wrongful death matters. He brings a mechanical engineering background to vehicle technology and accident investigation cases.

McDevitt earned his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering magna cum laude from California Polytechnic State University, where he was a Dean's List honoree and a member of Pi Tau Sigma, Tau Beta Pi, and Golden Key International Honor Society. He received his Juris Doctor from UC Hastings College of the Law in 2010, where he served as Executive Production Editor of the Hastings Science & Technology Law Journal.
