Martin Neira

Martin Neira is an Associate Attorney at Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger (Walkup Personal Injury Lawyers) in San Francisco. His practice focuses on wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, product liability, toxic exposure, medical negligence, dangerous conditions, and complex multi-party litigation. Before joining Walkup, he represented mesothelioma patients at a Bay Area plaintiff-side firm.

Neira earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science cum laude and his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Saint-Louis University in Brussels. He completed a J.D.-equivalent magna cum laude through joint study at the University of Zurich and KU Leuven, and an LL.M. at UC Berkeley School of Law focused on pre-trial and trial practice.

Neira is admitted to the State Bar of California and is a member of the Alameda Contra Costa Trial Lawyers Association, the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Alameda County Bar Association.

He is fluent in English, Spanish, and French. He played shooting guard in Belgium's semi-professional basketball league for four years.
