Joseph Nicholson

Joseph A. Nicholson is a Trial Lawyer at Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger (Walkup Personal Injury Lawyers) in San Francisco. He has successfully represented individuals and families who suffered catastrophic injuries or wrongful death in a wide variety of contexts, from automobile collisions to elder abuse and defective products.

Nicholson joined Walkup in 2017 to expand his practice beyond toxic asbestos claims. Previously, he was an Associate at Kazan, McClain, Satterley & Greenwood and held positions at the Office of the City Attorney of San Francisco and the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from UC Hastings College of the Law (now UC Law San Francisco).
