Conor Kelly

Conor M. Kelly is a Shareholder at Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger (Walkup Personal Injury Lawyers) in San Francisco — a seasoned trial attorney who represents plaintiffs in complex catastrophic personal injury, products liability, medical negligence, and wrongful death cases. He has built a national reputation for his work in cases involving traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and severe burn injuries.

Kelly joined the firm in 2009. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University in 2005 and his Juris Doctor cum laude from UC Hastings College of the Law (now UC Law San Francisco) in 2009.

He has been twice nominated for the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association's Trial Lawyer of the Year Award and won the award in 2019. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers (ISOB), and has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America and as a Northern California Super Lawyer.

Kelly serves as an adjunct professor at his alma mater, UC Law San Francisco, regularly serves as an invited speaker at continuing legal education programs, and has testified before the California legislature on issues involving California tort law.
