About Lina Yoo

Lina Yoo is an attorney at Silva Injury Law, Inc., focusing on personal injury cases and committed to standing by clients' sides throughout their legal journey.

Born and raised in San Jose, California to Korean immigrant parents, Yoo is fluent in Korean. She developed her passion for justice work as a litigation paralegal at a boutique personal injury firm in the South Bay before attending law school.

Yoo earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, San Diego, and her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. In law school, she served as Chief Technical Editor of the University of the Pacific Law Review, Volume 55, was a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant, received three awards for top grades in legal writing courses, won the Stauffer Charitable Trust Writing Competition, and served in her final year as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Troy L. Nunley, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California.
