About Marco Allocca

Marco A. Allocca, a partner at SGT, focuses his civil litigation practice in the areas of medical malpractice resulting in traumatic or catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, serious personal injury and sexual abuse/assault. In 2014, Marco joined Silver Golub & Teitell from another prestigious litigation firm. Since then, he has helped to secure more than $100 million in settlements and judgments on behalf of his clients.

Marco has served as appellate counsel in successfully upholding a $28.6 million jury verdict for the victim of a brutal physical assault; as co-counsel in a wrongful death matter involving a tractor trailer that settled for a total of $19.75 million after three weeks of trial and while the jury was deliberating; and as counsel in a motor vehicle wrongful death claim that settled for $5.4 million prior to trial. Marco is currently Class Counsel in a class action lawsuit against a local hospital relating to the alleged misuse of multi-dose insulin pens. He has extensive experience representing individuals who have been harmed in motor vehicle collisions, including people who have suffered traumatic brain injuries and other serious injuries.
