Emily Vechan

Emily Faber Vechan is a decorated trial attorney with Sneed & Mitchell LLP - The Injury Team in Houston, where she has served since August 2024. She has obtained some of the largest jury awards in Texas, and was recognized for one of the Top 10 Personal Injury Verdicts in Texas in 2021. In February 2022, she pioneered a novel theory of liability against Amazon.com in federal court. Raised in Saudi Arabia, she earned a B.A. in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies from Trinity University in 2010 and her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2013.
