Jarod Gilbert

Jarod Gilbert is an attorney at Steinger, Greene & Feiner serving Central Florida locations. With over ten years of insurance defense practice and extensive trial experience including more than 50 jury trials (30+ as lead counsel), he represents injury victims in personal injury claims, auto accident cases, workers' compensation, slip and fall cases, property damage claims, defective product liability, and drug injury matters.

Gilbert's career includes prior roles as Assistant State Attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit (where he prosecuted thousands of criminal cases), defense counsel at a boutique personal injury protection firm, and staff counsel at a major insurance company.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida and his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2007, where he received the Governor's Scholarship and the Book Award for highest grade in Lawyering Process.

He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2008 and is also licensed in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District.
