Colby Kanouse

Colby Kanouse is a native Arizonan and the managing attorney at Stone Rose Law, where he focuses on criminal law and personal injury. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a bachelor's degree in history in 2001, then earned his Juris Doctor at the ASU Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. Licensed with the Arizona State Bar since 2006, he has litigated criminal matters at both the trial and appellate level, advocating for clients in cases ranging from DUI to homicide.

Colby has also handled thousands of personal injury cases in state and federal courts, collecting millions of dollars for Arizona accident victims. He is a member of the National Trial Lawyers' Top 100, the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He volunteers at the annual Veterans' Stand Down, providing free legal services to veterans of the armed forces.
