Nick Riback

Nick Riback is an associate attorney at Stone Rose Law focused on consumer bankruptcy, including Chapter 7 filings, debt relief and discharge strategies, and protection from creditor harassment. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from DePaul University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Law, where he interned with the Cook County Public Defender's Office in the Homicide Division and served as a student attorney in a pro bono litigation clinic handling criminal record expungements.
