Season Atkinson

Season Atkinson is a founding attorney at Tatum & Atkinson, a personal injury firm in North Carolina. Licensed since 2000, she has approximately 26 years of legal experience. Her practice focuses on personal injury cases, with specializations in claims involving impaired drivers and injured children, as well as motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, and related injury matters.

Atkinson spent her first five years in legal practice learning insurance company strategies before establishing her firm in 2006 to represent injured individuals.

She earned her B.A. from Marshall University in 1997 and her Juris Doctor from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law in 2000.

She is admitted to the North Carolina and West Virginia state bars, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, and the U.S. Department of Veterans' Affairs.

She is a member of the Wake County Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina State Bar, the 10th Judicial District Bar, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. She also serves on the National Board of Directors of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD).
