About David L. Rosenband

A senior attorney with more than 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical and medical device litigation , David has worked on numerous MDL's and state court coordinated litigations, working on all aspects of the cases from general liability discovery to settlement negotiations, and beyond, continuing to advocate for clients through the critical post-settlement phase to maximize their compensation. He was appointed and served as Liaison Counsel in the New York Bextra/Celebrex Product Liability Litigation and helped secure a $9 million verdict in the NJ Accutane litigation. David currently manages complex dockets in multiple active litigations, including pharmaceutical injury and environmental exposure cases , leading teams of associates and paralegals through intake, case development, discovery, and resolution. He takes great pride in representing individuals and their families who have suffered greatly due to the greed of corporate America. "No amount of money or compensation is ever going to make these folks whole," David says.

"But what we can do is make sure their suffering isn't invisible — and that those responsible are held accountable in the only language they understand.” David lives in New Jersey with his wife and three children. Prior to joining The Lanier Law Firm in 2022, David practiced for over 20 years at Weitz & Luxenberg. He enjoys skiing, hiking, playing golf
