Jordan Winters

Jordan Winters is an attorney at The Law Brothers, dedicating her career to representing injured plaintiffs in cases involving nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death. Originally from a small coastal town in North Carolina, she earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and her Juris Doctor (Health Law focus) from Southern Illinois University School of Law. Before law school, she volunteered with the Miami-Dade Parks & Recreation working with children with disabilities and worked in the medical field in Raleigh, North Carolina. She relocated to New Mexico in 2020 and has been serving the community there. Notable results include a $5 million nursing home neglect case and a $3.5 million wrongful death settlement.
