William McLeod

The Honorable William 'Bill' McLeod is Of Counsel at The Law Offices of Hilda Sibrian. He moved to Texas from British Columbia in 1974 as a child and became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 2009. Bill earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M (College Station) in 1982 and a Master of Science in Guidance and Counseling from East Texas State University (now Texas A&M Commerce) in 1990. He moved to Houston in 1989 and graduated from Thurgood Marshall School of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2001, licensed to practice by the Texas Supreme Court in May 2002. He served as Judge of the Harris County Civil Court at Law No. 4 starting January 1, 2019, and is certified through Mediators & Arbitrators of America with Advanced Certifications in Civil and Family Training.
