Marty Sitler

Marty Sitler is a Partner at The Truck Accident Law Firm in Jacksonville, FL. He began his career in the United States Marine Corps (1984-2004) as a combat engineer and judge advocate, serving as a prosecutor, associate professor of Constitutional Law and trial advocacy, and trial judge. After military service, he spent over 16 years with a multi-state insurance defense firm managing the Jacksonville office and leading a statewide practice group across four Florida cities. In 2019, he transitioned to plaintiff representation, becoming managing attorney for litigation and trial partner for catastrophic trucking cases.
