About Peter Tiemann

Peter B. Tiemann completed his undergraduate degree in political science at the University of California, Davis, and studied international business at Humboldt University in Germany. He earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, with additional studies in business law at the London School of Economics and environmental law through Duke University. Peter has been a member of the California Bar since 1998.

Born and raised in the Sacramento area, Peter returned home after completing his education to open his own practice in Sacramento and Placerville in 1998 and has since represented hundreds of clients in plaintiff personal injury matters, including wrongful death, catastrophic trucking and car accidents, and slip-and-fall cases. A graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, Peter is a skilled negotiator and aggressive litigator committed to fighting for every client regardless of case complexity or the size of their opponent. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Consumer Attorneys of California, the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association, and serves as Vice President of the El Dorado County Bar Association.
