About Rob Melchiorre

Rob (Robert Arnold) Melchiorre is an attorney at TopDog Law Personal Injury Lawyers, joining following the firm's November 2025 acquisition of Keller Swan Injury Attorneys. He is a co-founder of Keller, Melchiorre & Walsh, PLLC (now Keller Swan / KMW Legal) in Jupiter, Florida. Rob handles personal injury cases including car accidents, wrongful death, slip and fall, negligent security, and medical malpractice, and also maintains a criminal defense practice.

He earned his B.S. from The Ohio State University and his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in 2008. Prior to founding his firm, he was an Assistant State Attorney at the Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office, where he served as supervisor of all County Court prosecutors and held the position of Assistant Chief of County Court. He has had more than 50 jury and non-jury trials.
