Juan Asconape

Juan Asconape is a veteran trial attorney at TopDog Law Personal Injury Lawyers, joining following the firm's November 2025 acquisition of Keller Swan Injury Attorneys. With over 15 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury litigation, he has successfully resolved more than 2,500 cases and secured approximately $70 million in compensation for his clients. A native Spanish speaker, Juan spent his childhood in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and further enriched his linguistic skills through studies in Europe, becoming proficient in Italian and French. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from Indiana University in 2001 and his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2006. Prior to joining Keller Swan in February 2025, he practiced for many years at Schwed, Adams, & McGinley, P.A. in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
