About Mike Snellings

Mike Snellings graduated from Old Dominion University in 2010 and Delaware Law School at Widener University in 2014. He began his legal career at a personal injury firm in southeastern Virginia before joining Trantolo & Trantolo in Connecticut. He is admitted to practice in Virginia, Connecticut, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Virginia and the District of Connecticut.

He has been a Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2020, a Best Lawyers Ones to Watch honoree since 2024, and received the New Leader in the Law designation from the Connecticut Law Tribune in 2022. Per TopVerdict, he obtained a Top 10 Dog Bite Settlement in Connecticut. One case he highlights involved a young motorcyclist killed in an accident that multiple firms had declined; he successfully argued that the other driver bore fault and secured a recovery for the family.
