Robert Peragine

Robert Peragine is a multi-jurisdictional trial attorney admitted in both New York and Connecticut. He received his undergraduate degree from SUNY Cortland in 2003 and his law degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Law in 2006, graduating fifth in his class. He began his career as a prosecutor before gaining plaintiff-side experience at Trantolo & Trantolo, then went on to serve as Senior Trial Attorney at two large New York personal injury firms before returning to Trantolo & Trantolo as Senior Trial Attorney and Legal Director for Fairfield County and the New York offices. He has been recognized by TopVerdict for a Top 100 Personal Injury Settlement in New York in 2023, named a National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Plaintiff Attorney and Top 40 Under 40, and selected as a New York Super Lawyer in 2024, 2025, and 2026. He grew up in Bluepoint, New York and holds a Best of the Bar Award for Top Verdict in New York.
