David Doyle

David D. Doyle earned his B.A. from Loyola Marymount University in 1976 and his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in 1981. During law school he served as Managing Editor of the Pacific Law Journal from 1979 to 1980, and upon graduation clerked for the Hon. Donald R. Franson, Associate Justice of the California Court of Appeal, Fifth Appellate District, from 1981 to 1983. Doyle's practice spans complex civil litigation at both state and federal levels, employment law, business law, environmental law, public law, land acquisitions, real estate, administrative law, partnership dissolution, and appellate practice.

He is a member of the Fresno County, Federal, and American Bar Associations, with participation in sections on Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law, Litigation, and Labor and Employment Law. He is also a member of the State Bar of California sections on Environmental Law, Labor and Employment Law, and Litigation. Doyle has authored publications in the Pacific Law Journal on California OSHA search standards and 1979 California legislation, and has been involved in reported California Court of Appeal decisions including Southern Pacific Land Co. v. Westlake Farms, Inc. (1987) and Selma Pressure Treating Co. v. Osmose Wood Pressuring, Inc. (1990).
