About Harold McCall

Harold T. McCall Jr. is a senior attorney at Wayne Wright LLP and one of San Antonio's most experienced complex litigation and mass tort attorneys. He earned his J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio and supplemented that foundation with a Certificate in Mass Tort-MDL Litigation from Duke University School of Law, one of the most specialized credentials available in American personal injury law. Harold served as President of the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association (SATLA), a position that placed him at the center of the Texas personal injury bar and gave him deep relationships with the bench and bar across Bexar County and throughout the state. He has been selected to Super Lawyers, a peer and third-party recognition reserved for the top attorneys in each state.

His practice focuses on mass tort and multi-district litigation, complex personal injury claims, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death. Harold is the attorney clients turn to when the opposing side has institutional resources, when the case involves multiple defendants, or when litigation spans federal court. His Duke MDL certificate makes him uniquely qualified to handle the complex procedural rules that govern multi-plaintiff litigation.
