Philip Gray

Philip Gray is the managing attorney at Whitley Law Firm in North Carolina. His practice covers trial law with a focus on personal injury and civil litigation.

Gray earned his B.S. from North Carolina State University in 1991 and his Juris Doctor from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 1997.

He is admitted to the North Carolina State Bar.

Gray is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the Wake County Bar, and the North Carolina Bar Association Young Lawyers Division (Past Chair). He has more than 25 years of community involvement teaching elementary and middle school students about the U.S. legal system.

He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He has published opinions from his case involvement and contributes to Continuing Legal Education (CLE) presentations.
